Furnace Oil

Furnace oil is a thick and dark residual fuel. It is a complex mix of hydrocarbons with carbon atoms ranging mainly from 20 to 55. This oil is prepared by mixing the residual products from different petroleum refining processes with appropriate dilatants. Further furnace oil is graded based on the addition of dilatants (middle distillates such as gasoline, high speed diesel, kerosene etc.) to get necessary fuel oil grades.

Fuel oil, also called furnace oil, fuel consisting mainly of residues from crude-oil distillation. It is used primarily for steam boilers in power plants, aboard ships, and in industrial plants. Commercial fuel oils usually are blended with other petroleum fractions to produce the desired viscosity and flash point.
Furnace oil is a fuel which has high viscosity with no moisture content used in boilers and burning ovens for heating purpose. Best part of furnace oil is smooth burning and very good mileage for your companies production capacity.
